《穀物科學期刊》（Journal of Cereal Science, JCS）「健康一體之穀物（Grains for One Health）」特刊現已正式出版。
本特刊彙集了2024年於臺北舉辦之 ICC國際研討會的代表性成果，集結了探討穀物在「健康一體（One Health）」框架下，如何促進人類、動物與生態環境健康的前沿研究。期盼本出版品能成為一份寶貴的學術資源，並持續推動該領域的知識交流與未來發展。
